Not with the hassle

1. I never received a confirmation email once my product was delivered. I selected collect in store and it was delivered to my house. I had no idea it was sitting in my postbox for a couple of days 2. The frontal size isn’t clear. I thought it was a 13x6 but it turned out to be a 13x4. (Only now have they made it clear on the website) 3. The process of exchanging a product is absolute hassle. She doesn’t respond to your emails even after waiting for 48 hours. I only got a response once I physically went to the store and another company that shares the space (Brow & Co) had to contact her on my behalf. Luckily they were lovely and helped me to get hold of her 4. Once I dropped off the product I wanted to exchange, and paid the extra money, I didn’t receive any payment confirmation 5. She said it should be ready to collect, “Wednesday latest”. I arrive on the Wednesday during my lunch break just to be told it’s not there and that I should come later on in the evening around 6:30pm, bear in mind I don’t live in Northampton and the shop closing time is 6pm 6. I agreed to come back later, just to end up sitting there for 30 minutes not knowing that the product was ready to collect. Yet again not sending me any sort of email or message that the product was ready to collect!! 7. The product genuinely isn’t worth all the hassle
